The Hook & Loop system is designed for routine cleaning on smooth, hard floors and is not recommended for use on carpets or in scenarios requiring frequent lifting of the steamer.
Installation Steps: ①Before attaching, wipe the steamer base with a dry cloth to remove dust, hair, or moisture. ②Place the pad white side up on the floor. ③Press firmly on the center of the pad for 3 seconds to ensure secure adhesion. Note: If the pad detaches frequently, the Hook & Loop components may be dirty or worn. We recommend replacing the pad for optimal performance.
