it's in working order. used and has marks from use . no other accessories, just what's in the photos no instructions. just make sure you push the shampoo tank in fully . you have to spray the trigger a few times to pull the water up initially. this is normal and once it begins to spray , it sprays straight away as soon as you pull the trigger .
