Bought from local auction house this arrived without a water tank, I ordered one from shark and gave it a whirl, while the unit heats up and spins it isn’t generating any steam. Probably an easy fix for someone with electrical knowledge and the right tools, but that isn’t me so selling on, I paid £54 for it including Vat and 25% on the hammer price plus £20 on a tank, yes I’ve been ripped off big time. I am returning the water tank so this will not be included in the sale! Word of advice…. Don’t buy from John Pye Auctions, they have you over a barrel and are very unscrupulous, will not give refunds.
